Sizebreed would like to announce a few recent staff promotions.

Firstly we are delighted to confirm that Matt Richardson has joined the board of Sizebreed Construction as a statutory director. Matt’s promotion to the board is an important recognition of his seniority and importance to our business, as we could not do what we do without him.

Charlotte Codrington (Charlie) has been appointed as Operations Manager for Sizebreed Maintenance, reporting directly to Operations Director, Sean Cox. When Charlotte joined us we had a sneaking suspicion that she might end up in maintenance but we never knew her role would bloom so fast, so well done Charlie!

We have appointed Alex Nastos as PM on one of our beautiful projects in Holland Park. This is a big job and it will no doubt throw up many challenges for Alex and the team, but we are more than certain that it will be a huge success.

In our QS department, Jack Stillman is now performing as a project surveyor on a large job in Belgravia. This is a great opportunity for him to show what he can do in his own right on a really great project, which will have one of the highest specifications we have ever seen.

Meanwhile James Hobson has been promoted to Senior Building Services Manager, in recognition of his rapid progression over the last few years. James will now manage a team of services managers on multiple projects, still reporting to Sean.

Finally, over at Smith & Brown, we have made an important appointment in Don Ladell, who is now managing all of our production in our new, highly improved workshop. This is such an important position and we look forward to seeing this particular development grow.

And last but most certainly not least, Joshua Keneally has completed his carpentry apprenticeship, and while he still continues to learn from the master craftspeople at Smith & Brown.

Our team here at Sizebreed truly is growing and certainly excelling! – if you want to be part of our team, have high end residential experience and excellent references please do contact
