£60m: our annual sales. We carry out everything from new basements and complex structural works right through to the highest quality finishes imaginable;
1st: we aim to attract the brightest, hardest working graduates around, so if you want to join our team you should be aiming for a 1st class degree;
3: year length of the graduate programme, during which each graduate can expect a very varied role, gaining experience in every area of our business.
100%: our pass rate for the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. All graduates are encouraged to gain professional status ASAP, and we provide all of the necessary support;
£30,000: starting package for graduates, with potential for rapid advancement thereafter. Graduate packages include a relocation allowance, professional body membership fees, company pension, life insurance and travel;
2012: the year our grad scheme started – the first entrants have since risen to become company directors;
85%: graduate retention – much higher than other graduate programmes; we are proud that such a high percentage of graduates remain with us after finishing our graduate programme;

I chose Sizebreed as it gave me the opportunity to be involved in working on luxury properties for some of the most prestigious clients in the world. No two properties are the same, the detail involved in every project is immense. I also liked the idea of living in London. London is fast paced and everybody works extremely hard which is very motivating.
I enjoy working at Sizebreed because I have the chance to be heavily involved in a project from start to finish, particularly while being based on site you tend to gain insight into all the construction processes, not just the QS side of things. I enjoy meeting the various sub-contractors, everybody likes to talk about what they do for a living which in turn helps me understand the different trades better.

Whilst completing my final year in Construction Management in Ireland, I received an email titled ”London Calling” from Darren which was forwarded to a number of courses by one of my lecturers at the time. Having lived overseas prior and open to the idea once again, Sizebreed automatically peaked my interest working in the high end residential market so applied for the various graduate positions on offer. During my interview, Darren spoke openly about the company history, employees, past/current projects and future ambitions for the company.
